Q. What is the Friends program?
A. Friends is a points-based program that rewards guests for dining at Muer Seafood Restaurants. As a member, you earn points each time you dine with us. As they accumulate, the points may be redeemed for valuable dining certificates. Other member benefits include exclusive email offers and discounts, special recognition of your birthday and anniversary, and our Table Talk email newsletter.

A. Present your membership card each time you dine at any Muer Seafood Restaurant, and you will be awarded one point for every dollar you spend on food and beverage (tax, gratuity and discounts are not included).

Q. How many points do I need before I receive a reward?
A. When you have 250 points, you may request $25 in Friends Dining Club certificates, or let the points accumulate. If you have 500 points, you may receive $55 in certificates; at 1,000 points you may receive $125 in certificates; and at 2,000 points you may receive $300 in certificates. Points are depleted as they are redeemed for certificates. Please see Terms & Conditions for more information.

Q. What does it cost to be a member of the Friends Dining Club?
A. Absolutely nothing! Membership is 100% free of charge and does not obligate you in any way.

Q. How do I get my dining certificates?
A. When you have accumulated 250 points, you are eligible for dining certificates. You may request your certificates by calling the toll-free number that is listed on your membership card.

Q. If I sign up, will I start getting junk email?
A. No. We do not sell our membership list to anyone. When you sign up, the information you provide is for our use only.

Q. Why do you ask for my birthday and wedding anniversary?
A. You do not have to provide us with these dates but if you do, you will receive an email card with the details of our gift to you. You must present the email to your server on your next visit to redeem the reward.

Q. Are there dates when I can't use my membership card?
A. There are no "blackout dates" for this program. Any time you dine at any of our restaurants, each dollar you spend on food or beverage will earn you one point.

Q. When do I get my membership card?
A. If you sign up online, your card will be available online immediately and you can print it. If you would like, you may ask your server at any of our restaurants to laminate the card for you. This service is free of charge.
